What are Grace’s income plans? Budgeting?
1. For initial monthly costs (without added income), have $25,000. That would be after $30,000 to the down payment and closing costs.
2. Grace’s work aspirations are currently not based on specific income number. One route would be [if moving in January]: gig teaching work til the birth. Return to work (part-time? fulltime would mean taking into account added cost of childcare) by August. There are work opps in Amherst/Noho/Berkshires/5 colleges. Remote work (or hybrid) is ideal.   1. How would Grace feel about driving to other cities for work? Commute is the same time-wise (not mileage) as New Orleans for Amherst/Noho.

4. How does Grace feel about Blake paying for most of the housing on a house that we both decide we want to live in and is not just “Blake’s Dream House”? Not great.
What is Blake’s runway and financials?

Grace: Moving to the location feels exciting because it gives more work options, but to be a financially equal contributor to this house would require working unsavory jobs.
- Taking the NOCCA history job was the result of me feeling pressured to make more money and now I know that it was not the right move. This is the exact same situation.
