From 10:30-11:30CST, M-TH, I answer notifications and take meetings. The time was decided because it gives every timezone, from GMT to PST, an opportunity to talk to me within their working hours (9-5).

Scheduled convos are prioritized. If I haven’t filled my office hours with meetings or responding to emails, I will respond to other messages on the various Slack communities (WP Campus, HighEdWeb, Post Status, Pantheon, and WordPress are my main community Slack channels). After all notifications are addressed, I get on LinkedIn and Twitter to see what’s up there.
