What are Decubing’s billing terms?

Pricing starts at $150/hr for contracts under 40 hrs. $135/hr for 90-120 hour contracts. 120+ hr contract rates are negotiated based on the project scope.

We'll send a retainer invoice to initiate work, then send invoices at regular intervals. (Most clients like invoices every three weeks to initiate three weeks of service.) We expect payment within 15 days of invoice delivery. Direct deposit is preferred, but we can process checks or credit cards.

Can you explain the retainers in more detail?

We usually create time-based retainers; they are like prepaying for work. IE- If the project is scoped at 10 weeks, we would send invoices for 3 weeks of work every 3 weeks. On weekly retainers like that, we schedule 30 minute weekly update meetings to discuss where we are at. (Every project is scoped on a roadmap, so we can all be up to date on progress.)
