- Anti dogma. Politics must evolve.
- Pro society. Politics must serve others.
- Pro local education. We must start at the individual student's needs, and move from there.
- Pro immigrant. Strong societies and economies shouldn’t need borders.
- Begrudgingly capitalist. Capitalism is the only viable option for resource allocation, but it’s a mean game.
- Pro Foreign Health Aide. Diseases anywhere threaten to our own health.
- Anti IP. Let the free market decide the best allocation of goods.
- Pro efficiency. A lean government is best.
- Anti tech regulation. Tech always evolves. Make better tech to counter bad tech.
- Pro protection for people with disabilities. Raise everyone up and keep raising the ceiling!
- Anti debt. Bankers only win with debt.
- Pro housing assistance. The home is a starting point for stability.
- Pro-education assistance - within reason. Education is vital, but many schools spend stupidly.
- Pro free speech. Stop legislating what people say.
- Anti tips. Too much potential for exploitation and getting stuck in crappy jobs. (Become a tradesman not a service worker!)
Dream Policies
- Mandated 4-day work for high performers. Reduce burnout and increase the incentive to work harder.
- Increase paid parent leave. The state should give 4 months of paid leave to build healthy families.
- Paid work visas. Path to citizenship for workers who contribute and cover jobs that robots can’t do yet (farm worker visa is $1. tech worker is $100,000).
- Federally mandated per pupil minimum funding (around $25k). Education raises the bar.
