These are my goals that I hope to meet in order to realize my own Basic Income Nest Eggs and maintain the ethics, see: Ethically Achieve My Basic Income . Currently, my biz is focused on Decubing Web Services and Equalify.
- Resources Saved: How many dollars were saved by using my solutions? Goal: Institutions reduce budgets 50%.*
Current Status*:*** ✅ Equalify is currently free and clients love Decubing now that I’m back.
- Diversity: How well does our team represent the world we live in? Goal: Within four years, the company’s workforce represents the diversity of the regions where we sell our products.*
Current Status*: Race & Ethnicity | Sex | Age***
- Mobility: How are team members rising through the ranks? Goal: 100%* of employees take 100%* more leadership responsibilities every year.
Current Status: ✅ 100% of employees take 100% of leadership responsibilities.(I am the only employee of Equalify and Decubing’s other employee is consulted on all biz decisions.)
- Openness: How many private chats/emails/docs are there? Goal: 0*. All data that the company owns is public. (Note: The customer owns their data.)

- Revenue and Burn-rate**: Do we have enough cash to support working toward our mission? Goal: 2* years of 100%* accurate revenue predictions and cash to cover 4* years of operating costs. See
Current Status: 🚧 Time to practice caution! Decubing Web Services has $40k of contracts lined up and $2,434.88 MRR with about $3.5k/year operating costs. Equalify has $0 and a about $1500/yr operating costs.
- Owner Term: How much time does the Owner have to accomplish metric targets? Goal: No authoritarian tech Owners run the company. Owner has 6* years to reach KPI targets, set 3* years into their term. (After me, I hope someone brings their personal mission with their own metric goals.)
Current Status: ✅ I am two years into a six year term doing this work.
** These are early goals that I will set in stone after the first 3 years (January 1, 2025) of what I hope to be a six year term before I look for greener pastures.*
*** Revenue goals are only necessitated by what it takes to reach other KPI goals. IE- Diversity.. Our mission is to represent the diversity of the regions where we sell our products, so we will need to grow to hire a more diverse staff. Why have more money than we need to achieve our goals?*
