My ambitions for 2024 are clear and within reach:
This year is about putting family first. I plan to dedicate April to @Grace B. and our expected baby girl. I’ll adjust my Schedule to enrich our family time. My focus will shift from generating new ideas to executing existing ones and nurturing a supportive environment for these endeavors. I’ll also work to keep to the values @Grace B. and I set out in Cultivate Marriage Success and Raising Happy Children.
Web Accessibility has been my professional focus for several years. On my 35th voyage around the sun, I hope to see some tangible results from my work. My goal of logging 11,250,000 seems insurmountable, but it’s rather achievable. Most of these errors will be fixed by getting more involved with open-source communities like WordPress. No failure is a true failure if I turn it into a lesson.
By the end of the year, I hope to know how I can sustain and grow my impact-focused work. If I am truly focused on making the biggest impact, I need to make sure my work can be sustained and grown.
Finding a sustainable structure can’t just be about serving my immediate needs. I am most motivated by acts that amplify impact as much as possible. I’m designing my work to help others who are also motivated by impact. For more info on this, check out 11:11 Founder Group.
