Every minute of every day must be meaningful!
My time is oriented into weekly blocks that are devoted to specific , and recently sculpted to Raise Happy Children.
- I’m up around 7:30AM and in bed by 10:30PM every day except Saturday and Friday. While in bed, I focus onInner Peace.
- M, W, F from 7:30-8:30AM, I prioritize Physical Exercise.
- 9-12PM and 1-5PM (M-Th) My Ethical Business is prioritized.
- M-Th from 8:30-9AM, 12-1PM, and 6-7PM I prioritize Tasty Healthy Satisfaction social media playtime ).
- From 5-10PM (M-Th), I prioritize Intellectual Expansion, Being the Best Dad, and Strengthening My Love Partnership.
- Half of Fridays and all Saturdays are devoted to Strengthening My Love Partnership, Strengthening My Family, Being the Best Dad and Inner Peace.
- Screens are forbidden on Saturdays and in my bedroom, though some exception is made to screen time on Saturday that works toward Strengthening My Love Partnership, Being the Best Dad and Strengthening My Family.
- Sundays and the first half of Fridays are devoted to Aveblen Giving: The Ultimate Philanthropy.
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I also prioritize Playful activities, whatever Satisfies Life Ambitions and Sun Enjoyment.
- Fridays, when possible, I will experiment with new activities that include all and some that don’t. Eudaimonia requires experimentation! This means largely unscheduled time, so long as it doesn’t interfere with Strengthening My Love Partnership / Being the Best Dad / Strengthening My Family
I use the time zone of my location - usually CST - if I’m in a place over a week. Under a week, I default to CST.
Also, I give some leeway to the weather. You probably won’t find me working too hard on a crazy beautiful day (we only have so many sunny days!)
